Football Specific Strength & Conditioning
Bruno Fernandes, an Ex Professional footballer turned PT at Xbody Liverpool believes that the correct strength & conditioning training is a necessity for young players in order to help them develop in a balanced and natural way.
Bruno has highlighted that the more young players understand and are aware of their bodies strengths and weaknesses, the better they will cope with new training and physical challenges in matches.
The sessions are football specific and tailored to improve the physical attributes and enhance movements of the body that will transfer over to the game.
The combined session includes football related movements to improve body position, sprint techniques, reactions as well as technical repetition ball work.
