• Due to the interest we have had we will be hosting trials to select our River Juniors Futsal representative squad.We are happy to announce the date & times: 

   

   

Saturday 17th February 2018 at  Archbishop Beck Tennis Centre, Crescent Road, Walton, L9 2AW.

12.30pm to 1.30pm
Under 7 & Under 8

1.30pm to 2.30pm
Under 9 & Under 10

2.30pm to 3.30pm
Under 11 & Under 12

The trials are to help us select a squad to compete in the Fylde Futsal Trophy tournament in Blackpool and further tournaments. Long term we would be looking to create numerous teams to play regionally on a regular basis.

Eligibility is as follows:

Players must either be a player of River Juniors FC or attend our 3v3 Futsal/Street Football Sessions.

Players must be available to play the qualifier on Sunday the 4th of March. If we are succesful you would also need to be available for the Finals Day on Sunday the 25th of March. We appreciate many players have grassroots commitments on Sundays but we give our blessing for our own players to miss games to represent the club.

Players from Professional club academy set ups are allowed to attend the tournament and welcome to play as long as they meet the eligibilty criteria we have set out above.

Please rember across each age group we have a lot of children to consider and we cant select everyone.
Excelling in football does not automatically mean your child will play to the same level in futsal.
